- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service experience! They wouldn't give me my money in my account! At the spot the teller's supervisor created some falsified rules and reasons! Wasted so much time just waiting for them to say NO! I was able to withdraw money from my account at another branch with no questions asked! On top of it, while we were waiting at the teller's, the manager of this supervisor managed to walk outside of her office just to take a look at us to decide if they would approve our request or not. Can you imagine? I thought that we live in XXI century, and these barbarians treat us like this. Yes, I am a foreigner and I speak with accent, but it doesn't give anyone a right to make decision by looking at my appearance. I bet these two gals never went outside of Washington PA.
